Evidence

When you open an invalid traffic investigation, Google asks for the exact dates, campaigns and keywords involved. Most advertisers don’t have those on hand. You will.

60days

That’s the whole reason documentation runs continuously instead of after the fact: an investigation only looks back sixty days. Past that window, Google can’t review the traffic, and a record can’t be built retroactively — whatever wasn’t written down when it happened is gone.

What we hand you

We don’t file anything with Google on your behalf. What we give you instead is the underlying record: which sources were blocked, when, and under which campaign and keyword. You take that into the investigation form yourself — it’s built to accept exactly those fields.

What comes back

Google reviews invalid traffic on its own and, where it agrees, issues credits or adjustments — never on request, always at its own discretion. Its Invalid Activity Credit Report shows what was credited by campaign and network, not click by click, so we can’t point to one block and call it one credit. What we can do is make sure you have the dates, campaigns and keywords ready the moment you ask.
